• CRM integrations and workflow automation.
• Custom AI agent development and deployment.
• Website demos and interactive AI experiences.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without our prior written consent.

Certain Services require payment. By purchasing a paid Service, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan or service package.
• Provide accurate and complete billing information.
• Authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis, if applicable.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing customers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAGSITES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

While our AI systems are designed to perform reliably, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated responses, voice interactions, or automated actions.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ragsites and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
• We may delete your account and any associated data, subject to applicable data retention obligations.
• Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution provisions.
